- Winter weather and various construction related issues have caused some delays, but the finished product is visible. The dream is coming alive!! A few more things to tighten up inside the building, but the major roughing in is finished. We have plumbing, electricity, and heat!! Once the fencing goes up, hopefully in the next week, we will be ready to house dogs in the new building!! Looking forward to your reservations!!
- As with any big project, there will be delays. Some wet weather followed by some snow has caused some delays, but we still have progress. The plumbing is all laid out and the electric has been run, just not connected yet. The framing crew has been braving the cold to get the windows framed in on the north side of the building and all exterior metal affixed. It will be a grand sight when it’s finished!!
- Renovations started on October 13th!! Esarey Construction has gotten right down to business. We had some rain the 2nd week, but this crew VOLUNTEERED to work the Halloween / All Souls Day holiday weekend to keep things on track!
