Boarding Accomadations

Boarding at KDogg’s offers a chance for your dog to be a dog! Located on 11 1/2 acres in Nelson County Kentucky , our fields, forest, creeks, and trails all provide opportunities for your best friend to explore new frontiers from the comfort of a home environment.

We have renovated our family’s first home to offer a familiar loving environment for your pet. Secure bedrooms allow comfortable space for post-operative healing and more secure feeling space for some of the smaller pets. Our 15′ covered runs offer 60-75 sq. ft. of space for your dog to be indoors or outdoors as they please. Covered outdoor space allows for potty breaks anytime and the indoor portion offers raised decking and lambswool bedding for ultimate comfort.

Kennel Runs

Offering 60-75 sq. ft. of covered space, our runs can hold 2-3 dogs from the same family so siblings can stay together.

Bedroom 1

Boarding small dogs is no problem! Plenty of space in the house for the little ones to feel secure.

Bedroom 2

Medical and post-operative boarding patients will have quiet privacy for optimal healing

Boarding at KDogg’s will ensure your pets will not be housed with pets from different households.

Boarding accommodations include antimicrobial synthetic sheepskin bedding and elevated beds. We offer Purina One Chicken and Rice or Lamb and Rice for dogs and Purina One Salmon for cats. Owner provided food and homemade diets allowed if prepared.

All runs and rooms are monitored with 24 hour live camera feed. All runs and rooms offer natural lighting (as well as artificial), and ceiling fans.

Boarding at KDogg’s requires proof of distemper/parvo and bordetella vaccines for all dogs and fvrcp/leukemia vaccines for cats. All eligible pets must be vaccinated for rabies.

We are located in a country setting and HIGHLY recommend your dog be on a tick prevention. Any pet arriving at the facility with fleas will be treated at the owner’s expense.

During hot weather long walks, 20 – 30 minutes, take place early in the morning and in the evening with shorter walks and play times in the fenced-in yard happening midday. Our runs offer covered outdoor space and open transfer doors so dogs can potty outside whenever needed.
